The video shows: Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier hands over the certificate of dismissal from office in Bellevue Palace in accordance with Article 64 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 of the Basic Law at the suggestion of the Federal Chancellor to the Federal Minister of Defence, Christine Lambrecht, and hands Boris Pistorius the certificate of appointment as Federal Minister of Defense Defense. The vehicles in front of Bellevue Palace were ready for Christine Lambrechte and Boris Pistorius. Independently of this, the red carpet was rolled out for the President of Greece, who was expected 3 hours later for her inaugural visit to the Federal President.
