Deep during my NDE I was able to review my entire life and understand why everything had panned out the way it had. Many people describe this moment of their NDE as like watching home movies, but I saw it all before me as a giant tapestry, intricately woven together with silk threads. From far back it was a beautiful picture, made up of gorgeous colors and movement and when I got close I could see that each silk thread was the trajectory of a different life.

I could see where each life thread had touched other threads and how all the threads my thread had touched went on to touch other threads. I was amazed because even though life didn't always make sense while I was in it, every time I stepped back to take in the full tapestry I saw how it was all perfectly woven together into one big picture. Just like looking at a Georges Seurat painting where the individual dots make up the whole image, I knew if I were to remove any one thread it would have damaged the whole tapestry. I realized how important each unique individual was to the whole.

When I came back to this side, I knew I was being given the chance to honor myself more and embrace my impact on the tapestry of life. When you choose not to nourish and love yourself, you're not just dishonoring your body, you're dishonoring the soul that has chosen to come down and express itself through you. That soul is here for a purpose. That soul is essential and incredible. That soul knows it's life trajectory has an intricate purpose... you deserve to treat yourself like the important cosmic miracle you are!
