زمان رضاخان ، خانواده هروی دو روستای حسین آباد و مبارک آباد را به صورت قسطی از ایشان خریداری کردند که بعد از مرگ رضاخان به صورت کامل به این خانواده تعلق گرفت.
با گذشت زمان بافت قدیمی جای خود را به مراکز تجاری و اداری تبدیل کرد .
بافت امروزی هروی نسبت به شمال تهران متفاوت تر و دارای خیابان های باریک می باشد.
