Warhammer: Chaosbane - Executing Blades 3.0 Scout Build [up to Chaos 10] (Elessa)

This build is the second
This build is the second (3.0) update to my Executing Blades Build for Elessa (the Scout). The build is a mid/long range centric one and includes a lot of cooldown reduction to allow spamming Spinning Blades Heroic as much as possible. We're using the Executors daggers and stacking some HP Regen to get more dmg from those. The other items I've picked help us reduce the cooldown of Spinning Blades even further. The build can handle up to Chaos 10 solo but I recommend playing C8 or C9 for solo. Elessa has been buffed up from the latest patch mostly in regards to her skill cooldowns (which really helps this build be better than before) and every hero has gotten more dmg across the board although the other heroes did get a heavy survivability nerf. With the right gear and controlling the build properly you'll love the dmg and mobility off the 'Fidget Spinner Elessa'. When you get a decent amount of legendary ranks you'll unlock the build's full potential and be able to do C10 reasonably quick but until then you are better of running C8 or C9 maps. The blessings I used were the fully linked Red + Green gems + 1 item had the 6 green gems on it for up to 20k hp.
