2 pcs pig's ear
enough water for boiling
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbsp salt
1 onion leeks
1 tbsp whole black peppercorn
1/4 cup vinegar for mixture
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp liquid seasoning
msg or vetsin (optional)
3 to 4 pcs green chilies
2 to 3 pcs red chilies
1 to 2 tbsp kalamansi juice
1 tbsp ginger (minced)
1/2 of small cucumber
