In this video we will see how to make Ragi murukku recipe at home. In this recipe I am adding all the seasoning mix into the murukku dough to make it more flavorful. This Millet murukku is rich in fiber and is a very good alternative to the regular rice flour murukku. When frying this ragi murukku make sure the oil is hot enough, if not they will soak up the oil but if the oil is too hot then the murukku will brown too soon before it cooks fully.
