How To Make a DIY Journal with 4x6 Index Cards

I'm still trying to decide what journal or planner I will use for the 2023 Scrapcraftastic Weekly Planner & Journal Challenge. I'm leaning towards the Dollar Tree Planner, but I also was inspired to make my own book for creative journaling.

Craft with me as I create a book/journal using 4x6 index cards. The binding started out as a perfect binding and morphed in to some form of a case binding.
