In this video, I talk about FRUIT.  For people who are dealing with metabolic syndrome, their fruit consumption may be something they want to take a look at.  Fruit has a lot of sugar (~5 tsp) per serving, but it also has lots of vitamins and minerals.  How healthy fruit is also depends on whether it is the whole fruit, dried fruit or fruit juice. And if you have a sweet tooth and manage to get yourself off cookies, candy, cake, etc, having a piece of whole fruit tastes really amazing!
