Hello po, for today’s video luto naman tayo ng napaka sarap na Spicy Adobong Atay, Balunan at Puso ng Manok na talaga namang simot sa sarap..Pwedeng ulam sa mainit na kanın at pwede rin sa mga nag iinuman..kaya naman tara na at manood ng ating masarap na recipe ngayon..Maraming salamat po at Godbless sa ating lahat!🥰🙏
Ingredients:👇
1/2 Lb. Atay ng Manok
1/2 Lb. Balunan ng Manok
1/2 Lb. Puso ng Manok
1/3 Cup soy sauce
1/3 Cup Vinegar
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Tsp. Black Ground Pepper
2 Bay leaves
6 Cloves Minced Garlic (half for sauteing)
Sautéing:
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
1/2 Medium Onion
1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
Siling Labuyo
