APRICOT MARMALADE VIDEO

MATERIALS
100 g butter or margarine at room temperature
half a tea glass of oil (60 ml)
1 egg
1 glass of powdered sugar (140 g)
1 tablespoon of starch (10-15 g)
1 pack of vanilla (5 g)
1 tea glass of baking powder (3 g)
2.5-3 cups of flour (30350 g)
for apricot marmalade
10 soft apricots
2 tablespoons of sugar
3 drops of lemon
Put the washed and pitted apricots into the pot. Add sugar. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Mixture. Add 3 drops of lemon juice. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Let it cool.
Cup size I use: 200 ml
The tea glass size I use: 125 ml
