Day 1 - City Tour
Day 1 - City Tour Kalua Lampur
Today we first visited the Central Market.
Central Market was built in 1888 by the British. It has 2 floors, the second floor is the area for the food court. The first floor contains so many tiny tiny stores. firstly on the left side we can see a big supermarket.
In the second floor there is a meausum which contains the miniatures of Kaula Lampur. We tried a vanilla ice cream from the supermarket. It was okay okay.
Then we visited Kings palace. The palace's name is Istana Negara. their supreme King is equivalent to president of India. Malaysia has 13 states, we can see the flags of that 13 states in the palace.
Thirdly, we went to the Independence Square.in Malay it is Dataran Merdeka. the flagpole is infront of Sultan Abdul Samad Building. Malaysian flag hoisted on Aug 31 1957, midnight. since then merdeka square is the usual venue for the independence day parade.
Lastly we visited KL Tower. Seventh tallest telecommunication tower in the world. it Is 421m tall. And also it's the tallest tower in the South Asia.
