No Aussie gathering is complete without a plate of sausage rolls, so let me show you how easy it is to make them at home!
INGREDIENTS:
500grams mince meat, the leaner the better / 1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 teaspoon spoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon garlic
3 tablespoons BBQ sauce ( or of your favourite sauce)
Puff pastry sheets
Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 200C (400f)
