This video will show you the street scene of Foshan, the third largest city in Guangdong Province, China. The location I shot was Foshan’s most prosperous commercial center Zumiao and the traditional shopping district Lingnan Tiandi.
Foshan City:
Foshan City is the 3rd largest city in Guangdong Province. It is located on the west side of Guangzhou City, only about ten kilometers away from Guangzhou City. So Guangzhou and Foshan are basically connected to become one city, and you can even take the subway from Guangzhou to Foshan.
With a population of approximately 8 million, Foshan is one of the most developed regions in China's private economy. It is in a leading position in the economic development of Guangdong Province and is China's important manufacturing base identified by the State Council.
In 2020, Foshan’s GDP is approximately 156 billion US$, and its per capita GDP is approximately 19,200 US$.
Guangdong Province:
Located at the southernmost part of the coastline of mainland China, it is China's largest economic province. The GDP of Guangdong Province in 2020 was US$1.6 trillion, and the per capita GDP was US$14,000.
