Tokyo was next up on our Japanese fishing adventure and I was so excited to get stuck into the Urban fishing scene here in tokyo. Tokyo has everything from an urban fishing and street fishing perspective. So many different species such as Suzuki (SEA BASS), Largemouth Bass, Carp and even goldfish, in a variety of different places. You can head out in to Tokyo Bay, fish the endless amounts of river banks that line the city, or head to the many small ponds and water systems that usually cost for the privilege.
A fishing guide to Tokyo for those heading to Japan, we go through all the types of fishing available to you and try and do as much urban and street fishing as we can. There is so much fishing here, it really is the urban fishing capital of the world and have to say the backdrop and surroundings are truly sensational. I hope you enjoy this video, there's plenty of travel tips, loads of fishing conquests and of course plenty of fish!! We even manage to do a catch and cook with a specialist sashimi chef!!
