NYC driver is taught expensive lesson after blocking fire hydrant before massive blaze broke out

FDNY firefighters were seen breaking into a car in the Bronx that was blocking a fire hydrant they needed to use to put out a massive fire on on June 20. The unidentified owner of the car owes $9,255.28 in fines dating back to 2023. In two years the driver has racked up 33 fire hydrantviolations.
