Depression - my journey, dark times and straightforward facts

Mental health problems affects 1 in 4 people in the uk. The most common of all the disorders is depression with about 3 in every 100 people suffering soley from depression and 1 in 10 from depression mixed with anxiety.
So I'm talking about how depression has affected me from my darkest days to the everyday for inexperience and how I've been learning to fight back..
