Lean Manufacturing - The basics of a stable operation

There are four basics of a stable operation
1. Man (people), have you got enough people around you to support the process that you need trained up
2. Method, have you got a basic standard operation not got to be perfect so that people can repeatedly do the work took good safety and quality standard and made the cycle time
3. Machine, have you got enough machine capacity to be able to get the work out that you need to
4. Material, have you got enough bits and parts around you on hand on the average day to do what you need to do
