Mash cauliflower from frozen cauliflower

Microwave:
1.Pour frozen cauliflower into dish NO STEMS!
2.Pour enough water/broth to cover cauli.
3.Microwave on high 11min.
4.Take out test texture with finger or mouth.
5.Must be soft mush if not add 3 min.
6.Takeout DRAIN add desired spices,fats & creams.
7.Put cauli in blender/food processor.
8.Blend/pulse till creamy.
9.Scrape into bowl reaheat mix 1min enjoy.
 
                               Stove:
Fallow all steps.
3.medhigh for 10 min lid on,test texture.
9.scrape into pot/pan reaheat mix1min.

                               NOTE:
IF YOU'RE USING FLOWERETS YOU MUST CUT STEMS OFF ONLY USE THE FLOWER PARTS TO GET CREAMY MASH.
