We show you how EPLAN Propanel handles the complete engineering and manufacturing digital workflow in a way we can qualify 100% paperless. Look it up here. From day one when you start creating your schematics in eplan.com/eBuild based on a configuration sent to you via an Excel file. Later when you put together your 3D layout you can share your BOM via a simple excel file to your Sourcing team. Share your project via eManage with the RAC (Rittal Application Center) to get your panels delivered pre-drilled. Share in a controlled and secured way your complete documentation (schematics, 3D layout, assembly reports and more) via eView with any colleague or sub-contractor. Via eView's redlining they can instantaneously share their thoughts with the EPLAN ProPanel engineers. eView is always linked to your project live. We insure that the latest version is shown, no risk to work with an obsolete project. When ready for wiring use Smart Production/Smart Wiring interactive tools to produce your wires before you even have assembled the panel. This will allow unexperienced people to assist your wire production while others do the mechanical assembly. This will allow you to reorganize your panel manufacturing in a way that allows a 33% faster delivery! Reserve the final wire landing to your more experienced electricians. In average 1 minute per wire will be left for him to finalize your project. At all time these people can collaborate together, communicate any changes that are required.
At the end, when the production is completed and you wish to share your documents with the panel... EPLAN.com and Rittal have a solution for you: ePocket! Use the unique QR code in all Rittal panel to connect your ePocket documents. Maintenance people down the road will get access to your documentation at any time just by looking up the QR code inside the Rittal panel.
