Igredients:
3 cups of rice
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp curry powder
salt to taste
1/2 lemon juice
Some water
6 chicken legs and thighs
1 onion
1/2 cup oil
2 garlic cloves crushed
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
4 green cardamoms
1 bay leaf
1 black cardamom
4 cloves
1 tomato
1 tbsp tomato paste
Salt to taste
butter
