Whitney introduced me to these. Her mother made them for her growing up and they are a summer staple at picnics and parties for us. You can make these on individual cookies, but we love them on the big pizza pan cookies! Watch Whitney break it down into simple steps, and hear a little about our lives!
2 rolls of sugar cookie dough (or make your own, enough to cover a pizza pan 1/4" thick)
Fruit of choice: We used strawberry, banana, blueberry, and kiwi.
Icing recipe:
3 Tbsp butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
Cook cookie dough according to manufacturer directions. If making on pizza pan, you may need to add a couple minutes. Let cool. Add icing enough to cover cookie, arrange fruit into desired shape or design!
