Also mandatory attributes are a filling made of sugar, cinnamon and butter, impregnation based on cream cheese. But if there is no cream cheese, you can make custard and use it as an impregnation.

Ingredients:

25 g fresh yeast
250 ml milk
2 eggs
85 g sugar
70 g butter
5 g salt
600 g flour
For the filling:
125 g sugar
50 g butter
20 g cinnamon
For soaking:
175 g mascarpone
70 g butter (at room temperature)
100 g powdered sugar

In a separate bowl, mix yeast, 2 teaspoons of sugar and warm milk. The temperature of the milk should be 36-40 ° C. Leave in a warm place for 20-25 minutes.
While the yeast is growing, let's take care of the rest of the ingredients. Beat the eggs with sugar to a homogeneous consistency so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour melted butter into the egg mixture, the main thing is that it is not hot. Combine eggs with sugar, melted butter and milk with yeast. Mix gently with a whisk or a spatula.
Pre-sifted flour is divided into 2 parts. Put a pinch of salt in one and add a little of the liquid part, stirring constantly. When the first portion of flour is completely dissolved, we introduce another one, gently kneading.
Knead the dough. Transfer the dough to a separate bowl, greased with vegetable oil, cover with a towel on top and leave to rise for an hour. During this time, the dough should increase by 2 times.
As soon as you see the desired volume, consider that the dough for cinnabons is ready.
Prepare the filling:
Mix sugar with cinnamon. Melt the butter, but if it is very soft, then you can not melt it.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out into a rectangular layer. Lubricate our layer with butter. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon on top. Roll up into a roll. We cut our roll into pieces, about 3 cm. Spread on a baking sheet in which we will bake, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes in a warm place.
When the buns are ready, send them to a preheated 180 ° C oven for 25-30 minutes. Keep an eye on the readiness of the crust.
While the buns are being baked, we will prepare our cream cheese impregnation.
To do this, beat mascarpone, butter and powdered sugar in a container. Our impregnation is ready.
As soon as our buns are baked, we immediately lubricate them with impregnation using a brush or spoon. The cream will melt a little and cover the tops of the buns like a delicate fudge.
