MINI TOUR IN CHIANG RAI - LAKE, MOUNTAINS, TEMPLE

Once again we had the electricity turned off for the day whilst the providers upgraded the main power line on the highway. So with fingers crossed for good weather, we set out towards Doi Chang but from the opposite side than our last visit. After fording a reservoir we made our way up a steep winding road, through hill tribe villages and eventually stopped off at U and Me restaurant right on the top of Doi Chang. What a wonderful place to eat good food with stunning views. After that, we went down the mountain to Me Suai and made a detour to a Chinese-style temple in Phan. The weather was kind to us and we had a very enjoyable day out. I hope you enjoy the video.
