'Shree Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram' - The Taraka mantra
The bhajan has the mantra in it. It is sung by Pandit Jeetendra Abhisheki ji and music is given by Shri. Ashok Patki ji. It is form the Marathi Musical Drama 'Kaikayee'. It is composed in raga Bhairavee.

The Taraka mantra begins with ‘Shree’. 'Shree' is considered a symbol of Sita or divine power. The word Rama is derived from 'Ra' meaning R-Kar and 'M' Makar. 'Ra' is the form of fire. It burns our misdeeds. 'M' signifies the water element. Water is the soul's victory over the soul.

Thus comes the essence of the entire Taraka mantra - 'Shri Ram, Jai Ram, Jai Jai Ram' - victory of good over evil. If seen in Yoga Shastra, the 'Ra' varna is related to solar energy. It is located in the Pingala Nadi on the right side of our spine. From here it transmits masculine energy to the body. The 'Ma' varna is related to the lunar energy, that is, the female gender. It flows into the Eda pulse located on the left side of the spine.

That is why it is said that by continuously chanting R-Kar 'Ra' and M-Car 'M' in breathing and exhaling, the energy flowing in both the nadis remains in harmony. In spirituality, it is believed that when a person utters the word 'Ra', his internal sins are thrown out along with it. This leads to peacefulness and tranquility.
