Ingredients:
Warm milk - 200 ml.
Warm water - 200 ml.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Salt - 1 tsp
Dry yeast - 10 g.
Flour - 600 g.
Olive oil - 30 ml.
For golden brown:
1 egg and some milk.
RECIPE
Pour warm milk and warm water into a bowl.
🔹 Add sugar, salt, yeast. Mix.
🔹 Sift flour, knead dough.
🔹 Add olive oil and continue kneading the dough. The dough should not stick to your hands.
Let rise in a warm place for 40-45 minutes. The dough should rise well.
🔹 Divide into 2 parts, form the shape of a loaf.
🔹 Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
🔹 Cover with a towel and leave on for 20 minutes
🔹 Make cuts with a knife or blade from above.
🔹 Mix 1 egg yolk and some milk in a bowl. Lubricate the loaves with the egg mixture.
🔹 Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C
The bread is so fluffy and soft. Delicious!
