This week I'm making beef
This week I'm making beef short ribs on the grill and they turned out awesome! I used my Pit Boss Pellet Grill for this one but you'll learn how to cook short ribs on whatever bbq or smoker you have. The flavour and smoke ring was incredible on these beef ribs too. The rub in this recipe is nice and peppery which goes really well with beef. Enjoy!
