Use a 1/4 cup measure to drop mounds of the dough 3 inches apart from one another on the baking sheets. Dip a thin metal spatula into water to flatten the cookies to 2 3/4-inch round and 1/2-inch thick breakfast cookies. Bake one sheet of cookies at a time until they're browned, which should take 14 to 16 minutes per sheet. These easy breakfast ideas will keep for three days in an airtight container for easy access, or you can freeze them for up to two months for a healthy breakfast whenever you'd like.
