John Bercow has "damaged the standing" of the House of Commons in the eyes of the public to "the lowest point in modern history", Commons Leader Jacob Rees-Mogg said.
In a speech to the Conservative Party conference in Manchester, Mr Rees-Mogg criticised the Speaker of the House of Common over his handling of Brexit.
