Adding Force Feedback / Rumble in Unreal Engine

Wanted to add that extra level of polish to your Unreal Engine project by adding Force Feedback/Rumble to your Unreal Engine project. You can use this in Unreal Engine 4 and Unreal Engine 5, the steps are exactly the same in Unreal Engine 4 and Unreal Engine 5.
