[8K 60FPS] Super Smash Bros. Brawl: The Movie (All Story Cutscenes)

The third iteration of my attempts at upscaling this game's cutscenes, featuring a new frame interpolation model that's MUCH better than Twixtor Pro (That ACTUALLY INTERPOLATES FRAMES instead of doing a 50% opacity merge then giving up).
