Place your feet hip distance apart and hold the EZ curl bar with an overhand grip (palms facing down) at shoulder distance apart.  Keep your elbows tight to your side and exhale as you curl your arms up.  Lead with your knuckles and do not allow your elbows to come up with your arms or separate from your side.  Curl up until you reach peak bicep contraction and slowly return the bar back down to starting position and repeat.
