Anacortes, WA

We decided to take a short drive up to Anacortes, WA on a sunny summer day.  It is  approximately 80 miles from Seattle, WA.  Once in Anacortes, there are several city parks that are worth the visit. Cap Sante Park and Washington Park both offer beautiful water views and make great spot for lunch or just to gaze out at the water.  Another great stop is Mount Erie Summit Trail.  We did not make it there during this visit but it is worth a stop. Great destination for a hike on scenic trails with picturesque mountain and water views.
