Intense GLUTE WORKOUT: FULL workout with tips

holaaaa, this is an example of a typical (intense) glute focused leg workout including activation, and i managed to add narration with tips yay!

Full workout:
1. activation:
-banded leg lifts
-banded side steps
-frog pumps
-fire hydrants
2. main workout:
-sumo deadlifts (3x10 moderate weight)
-sumo deadlifts (x5 add weight)
-sumo deadlifts (x2 or more add weight)
Superset: hip thrusts (4x10) into single leg RDL (4x5 per leg)
-curtsy lunges (3x10 per leg)
-kettlebell swings (3x10)
reps are just GUIDE and what i did, do what you can and what is challenging for you
