Today’s recipe is all about how to make crispy pork carnitas that go great with taco, burritos and more! This authentic Mexican dish is full of flavor! We’re going to season a pork shoulder and season it with salt, pepper, cumin, orégano, and lime. Then we’re going to slow it and shred the pork so it’s almost like Mexican pulled pork! Ingredients - Carnitas Recipe
2 lbs Boneless Pork Shoulder/Butt
1 tbsp Kosher Salt
Black Pepper to Taste
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Whole Dominican or Mexican Orégano
3-6 Garlic Cloves
3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
1 Fresh Orange
½ Squeezed Orange Sliced
Olive Oil
