Bread without flour! Helpful in losing weight! Only 3 main ingredients! Bread without yeast, sourdough, eggs, flour and cereals. Rich in complete protein and omega-3 fatty acids, it only requires three key ingredients to prepare.
Quinoa seeds are being added to the menu by people trying to lose weight. Due to its metabolism-stimulating properties, quinoa breaks down fat stores and converts carbohydrates into energy.

INGREDIENTS:
✔️ 350g quinoa.
✔️ 30g chia seeds OR 4 medium eggs.
✔️ 70ml melted coconut oil (can be substituted with ghee (clarified butter)).
✔️ ½ teaspoon baking soda.
✔️ 1 teaspoon of salt.
✔️ 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
✔️ 10g sesame seeds.
✔️ a handful of sunflower seeds for sprinkling.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1.5 hours.
