Waiting to greet him, the Southwest President Colleen Barrett and the legendary chairman Herb Kelleher. It's also the end of an era for Chicago's Terminal F. After 20 years and 40 million passengers, it's time to say goodbye. Meanwhile in LAX, supervisor Mike Carr helps out a passenger with Alzheimer's.
