Destiny 2 Season of the

I ran this back on Warlock before the Salvation's Grip changes, and that felt a little less consistent than this one. The Stasis Turrets weren't always reliable, and the boss movement for setting up the damage phase felt worse. This time on Hunter, it feels way more consistent, both with the motes phases, and the boss moving into place.
I was originally having trouble with getting the boss to move to the right position, but once I realised it was more about my movement as the boss approached me, rather than the Salvation's lineup, it became really consistent. Using the same placement for the Salvations, standing to the back left of the middle pillar, and moving back to the left when the boss moves towards me made it work pretty much every time. The only issue then was actually triggering the infinite damage phase, as I kept getting actual damage phases, which you don't want. Outside of that, it's not too bad at all.
A couple of things about the run to answer common questions:
Salvation's Grip is used to cause the boss to walk over the Stasis crystals and fall closer to where the tether point is, so that when he starts the damage phase, it'll be much closer. This is essential for having the boss close enough to allow to connect a solo tether.
Infinite damage phase is caused by connecting the tether, but breaking the chain as it connects to start the damage phase. Doing so will cause the damage phase to trigger, and be left in a permanent state to damage. You can replicate this in groups by breaking the tether as it connects, but solo it's very consistent as the range of the tether is usually at a point where it'll naturally break when connecting anyway.
