Ingredients:

Pasta 1/2packet
Pumpkin 🎃 250 g
Red capsicum 1
Garlic 10
Chillie flakes 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1/2tsp
Milk 1 cup
Butter 1 tsp
Oil 1tsp
Parmesan cheese grated
Pepper
Coriander leaves

Directions
************
1. Heat oil in a pan and saute pumpkin cubes, onion, garlic, and capsicum with salt till done
2. Add chilli flakes, herbs and grind to a paste with 1 cup of milk.
3. Cook pasta as per instructions.
4. Heat butter, add the paste, loosen with water, and add pumpkin paste.  5. Saute for a minute and adjust the seasoning.
6. Serve with grated parmesan and coriander leaves.
