Spices for the magic masala:
salt 8 tsp
turmeric powder 4 tsp
red chili powder 6 tsp
coriander powder 14 tsp
chicken powder 6 tsp
garam masala powder 4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 12 tsp
cumin powder 6 tsp
* mix well, keep refrigerated and keep in an airtight bottle
* can be store in the refrigerator for up to a month
* 2 tbsp of this masala can be added in 1 kg meat, veggies, or curry
* adjust salt content in your dishes according to your taste
*this masala in whole is for 8 kg meat or veggies or curry
*mention name and date o masala bottle
