Alicevision has released a more improved version of MESHROOM
.Meshing improvements including better, faster and configurable estimation of the space to reconstruct based on the sparse point cloud (new option estimateSpaceFromSfM). Favours high-density areas and helps to remove badly defined ones.
.A new Draft Meshing mode that does not require NVIDIA graphics cards. The result of the sparse reconstruction can now be directly meshed to get a 3D model preview without computing the depth maps.
.The ability to load and compare multiple assets with cache mechanism and improved navigation in the 3D Viewer
.Easier access to a more complete sensor database with a more reliable camera model matching algorithm.
.The ability to hide advanced/experimental parameters by default to improve readability and simplify access to the most useful, high-level settings in the Attribute Editor.
.An improved set of contextual tools in the Graph Editor, with duplicate/remove/delete data actions with From Here option. Nodes have seen a homogenization of inputs/outputs parameters
.Display camera intrinsic information extracted from metadata analysis
.MeshFiltering now keeps all reconstructed parts by default.
.StructureFromMotion adds support for rig of cameras
.Support for the reconstruction with projected light patterns and texturing with another set of images
