A bustling metro station before the Corona Lockdown, the INA metro station which opens to the INA market remains shut since March. Public transport buses and autorickshaws can be seen plying on near the metro station area. The usual crowd of shoppers is missing.
Delhi metro service has the longest and the most efficient local railway transport in India. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation provides an efficient, affordable and convenient means of transport for the city residents. However due to the Corona Pandemic, to control spread of the virus through contact, the metro lines in the city have been shut for more than two months.
