TURN SIGNAL Not Working But BULB is GOOD - Blinker Diagnosis & FIX - Honda Odyssey

When the passenger side turn signal started blinking super fast, I figured it was a blown bulb and an easy fix...Just replace the bulb, right? Not this time!
