For dhuska( धुसका )
Rice(चावल )=2cup
Chana dal(चना  दाल )=1cup
Urad dal(उड़द दाल )=1/2cup
Green chilli(हरी मिर्ची )=4-5
Ginger(अदरक )=1,1/2-2inch
Cumin seeds(जीरा )=1/2tabs
Asafoetida(हींग)=2/4tabs optional
Turmeric powder(हल्दी )= 1/2tabs
Carom seeds (अजवाइन )=1/4tabs
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादनुसार )or 1teasp
Black pepper powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर )=1/4tabs
Water(पानी )=2glass
Oil for frying (तेल तलने के लिए )

For aloo chana sabzi (आलू चना  सब्ज़ी )
Black chana(देसी चना )=1/2cup
Boiled Potatos(आलू उबला हुआ )=4-5
Onion(प्याज़ )=3
Tomato(टमाटर )=2
Oil (तेल )=2-3tabs
Asafoetida(हींग)=2pinch
Cumin seeds(जीरा )=1/2tabs
Ginger garlic paste(अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट )=1tabs
Turmeric powder(हल्दी पाउडर )=1/2tabs
Red chilli powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर )=1tabs or as choice
Coriander powder(धनिया  पाउडर )=1tabs
Kashmiri mirch(कश्मीरी मिर्च )=1/2tabs
Garam masala(गरम मसाला )=1/4tabs
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादनुसार ) or 1tabs
Water as required (पानी जरुरत के अनुसार )
Green coriander leaves chopped(हरा धनिया पत्ता )
