My mate Simon uses his 1988 Toyota Landcruiser HJ61 as a daily drive but this truck is also used as a backup/camera car for the work he does with Roothy. This is an awesome truck with nearly 600,00 Kms on the clock, but for the factory 12HT that means it is just about run in. I have done a fair amount of work on this truck already, including a full suspension upgrade, Terrain Tamer heavy Duty clutch, dual battery system and general 12Volt clean tidy up in the engine bay. This time we set about tidying up the dash for all of the accessory switches as the original dash had pretty much had it. We also installed a new set of Outback Accessories rock sliders to replace the existing aluminium steps. There is plenty more work to be done on this truck so there will be more video to come.
