How to make a Croatian Lamb Peka in the oven. Tender lamb and vegetables with delicious olive oil, garlic and white wine sauce.

Ingredients:

600 grams Potatoes (1.3lb)
1 Courgette
2 small Carrot
1 Pepper green
1 small Aubergine
1 large Onion
850 gram Diced lamb (1.8lb) shoulder or leg of lamb (deboned and cut into nice size chunks)
5 cloves of garlic crushed
1 tbsp Sundried Tomato Puree
80 ml Olive oil (⅓ cup) + extra for the last step
250 ml White wine (1 cup)
Thyme & rosemary
Black pepper and salt
