Tips for How to Transfer From Low To High

I don't know about you, but I like to be able to get out of my wheelchair whenever I can. This means transfers. And not all of those transfers are going to be the same level as my wheelchair. In fact most of those surfaces are going to be either really high, like a bed in a hotel, or really low, like most couches. So learning how to do a successful transfer to a higher surface was really important for my independence. In this video I give you some tips that I use to make my transfers easier.
