Ingredients:
3 onions
3 garlic cloves
Half a kilo of chicken
3 potatoes
two cups of rice
Half a cup of oil
Whole spices (7 cardamom seeds - 7 cloves - 2 cinnamon sticks - a little coriander)
Ground spices (a teaspoon each of (cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric)
Half a spoonful of black pepper
Quarter teaspoon saffron yolk
stock cube
4 tablespoons of yogurt
salt
