Kendo: Strength and conditioning at home.
This video is intended for beginners or for those who do not frequent a gym or have much experience of strength training and covers some bodyweight , dumbell and resistance band exercises you can easily do at home that don't require much in the way of equipment or time to complete. You can go at your own pace.
These are based on forms that I learned from Jeff Cavaliere over at Athlean X. He gives excellent advise on bodyweight only and simply cost effective home workout solutions. I recommend visiting his Channel here : / @athleanx
