Classic egg salad sandwich recipe
Classic egg salad sandwich recipe with a few added ingredients. I grew up eating egg salad sandwiches. They are super easy to make and so delicious.
Shopping List:
7 boiled eggs
Your favorite bread
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. parsley
Directions:
Boil and peel the eggs, chop and add to a bowl.
Add the remainder of the ingredients to the eggs and mix well.
Serve with your favorite bread.
