Ingredients:
Dough:
Unsalted butter (cold) ... 150 g
Flour .... 300 g
Egg (large) ... 1 pc.
Baking powder ... 5 g
Sugar ... 100 g
Salt ... ¼ tsp
Vanilla Extract ... 1 tsp
Cold water ... 1 tbsp. (if needed)
Cream fill:
Sour cream (25-30%) ... 400 g
Eggs (large) ... 2 pcs.
Sugar ... 100 g
Vanilla Extract ... 1 tsp
Corn Starch ... 40 g
Strawberries (other berries or fruits) ... 350-400 g
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius 40-45 minutes
